MSLI RESOURCES SDN BHD (1303218-V) (hereafter referred to as “MSLI”) is committed to provide the best possible shipping and delivery service to our customer with help from our courier partners.
MSLI ships to customers within Malaysia only.
All orders are ship out within 2 to 5 business days for Peninsular Malaysia and 3-10 days for Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan. Delivery transit time within Malaysia is depends on the arrangement of our courier partner.
Our main delivery providers are Nationwide, GDEX and J&T. MSLI is offering alternative shipping methods for customer convenience. Either for faster delivery service by air or best value alternative by land, customers are supported with a wide range of shipping destinations.
We reserve the right to use the shipping provider of our choice.
The destinations provided in the tables below, act as general guidelines for transit time currently served by our courier partners.

How do I track my order?
- You will be provided with tracking number for every purchase/order, and the respective tracking URL of our courier partners.
- Insert your tracking numbers accordingly.
- Your current delivery status will appear.
- If it does not provide the correct information do check you are using the correct “Tracking-URL” for a given tracking number.

When will my item arrived?
Usually, the delivery will arrive around:-
- Peninsular Malaysia : Take about two (2) to five (5) working days*
- East Malaysia : Take about three (3) to eight (8) working days*
- Our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM, excluding public holidays.

Can I change my shipping address after I have made confirmation?
- Yes. Changes on shipping address are allowed by write in to us and attach the order confirmation. This is subject to order still in processing stage at our logistic department.
- Once order has successfully handed to our courier partner, no changes to delivery address allowed.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before you make the confirmation.
What should I do if I do not receive my order which over promised period?
- Do check the delivery status via courier service Tracking-URL.
- Please email/contact us if the information provided insufficient. We will assist and get back to you as soon as we can.
What should I do if I received wrong item?
- Please email/contact us and include your Order ID along with the details of the wrong item you received. We'll get back to you as soon as we can
I am not available at time of delivery.
- A courier partner or carrier personnel will call you to check if you would like your parcel to be left at a secure location of your choice, or you will receive an email/SMS to reschedule the delivery.
- Please make sure that you have inserted your personal information correctly i.e: address, contact number and email that are reachable for the courier driver.
Do you provide shipping refund?
- Unfortunately, there will be no refund for any shipping & handling charges
Do you ship on weekends?
- Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and will be delivered on same day, excluding public holidays.
Do you provide free shipping?
There may be promotional offerings for free shipping from time to time so please check in often.
