Product Description :
Dentamethasone is a radiopaque, non-resorbable, Zinc Oxide Eugenol based root canal sealer. Its composition is well tolerated by the tissues and provides anti inflammatory action
Composition : Composed of Powder & Liquid
Powder :Zinc Oxide, Barium Sulphate, Thymol Iodide, Magnesium Stearate.
Liquid : Eugenol & excipients.
Indications :
- Root canal filling sealing in association with a gutta percha point.
Instructions for Use :
Mix powder and liquid in for around 50-60 seconds, one scoop of powder and four drops of liquid to obtain a thick mix, which can easily be introduced into the canal with a suitable root canal gutta percha point or in conjunction with a silver point. setting time is 45-60 minutes from start of mix
CONTRAINDICATION : It should not be used if the patient is known to be allergic to any of the ingredient used.
CAUTION : 1) In case of contact with oral tissue or skin, remove immediately with a sponge or cotton soaked in alcohol. Flush with water. To avoid contact, a rubber dam and/or local butter can be used to isolate the operation field from the skin or oral tissue. 2) In case of contact with eyes flush immediately with water and seek medical attention.
Storage Conditions :
Store at temperature between 10°C to 24°C. Close the cap carefully after use. Keep away from moisture. Shelf life not affected after opening if stored in a cool dry place.
Shelf life : 3 years from the date of manufacturing.
